    Stress Headache  echo $newRAM;

    It was yet another long day yesterday. Nothing new there, I felt like there were a million and three things to do (as always), and I really didn't feel like I was getting anywhere taking the baby steps. What was new, was that I had a headache on top of it all. And the more stressed out I felt, the worse the headache got. I don't know what ever happened to the bottle of tylenol I bought last winter, I know I didn't use it up (I rarely ever use tylenol). So I made up my mind to go to WalMart in search of a new bottle of tylenol.

    Drives across town are more fun with company. I needed to call Coreen to see if she had decided to go to Taming of the Shrew with me on Friday. When she picked up the phone, she sounded almost as excited about life as I felt. And that's saying something. I asked if she was planning on going to the play, she said yes. We talked for a bit. I asked if she'd like to run out to WalMart. She said yes. So I drove down and picked her up to head to Orem.

    By the time I got to WalMart, I guess I'd relaxed enough that the headache was gone. We wandered around the store for a bit. Not the mindless wandering I've been known to do around WalMart late at night, but fun wandering. I did get a bottle of extra strength acetaminophen (generic tylenol's cheaper), and took two of them to make sure that the headache didn't decide to come back.

    I am concerned that I got the headache in the first place. I'm stressed out on such a regular basis that I don't think I can stand developing a tendency of getting headaches every time. I hope that it was just a normal headache, but that doesn't seem too likely since it mostly went away just by talking with a friend. At least now I have a nice big (not Sam's Club big, just 100 count) bottle of tylenol.

    Good to know that I'm safe here in Utah.
